Recording limits depend on codec, resolution and frame-rate mode. The 8K 75 fps S&Q option uses 8192 × 3424 (2.39:1), rather than full 17:9.

Our DL prime lenses include 18, 24, 35, 50, 75 and 90mm focal lengths.
The 90mm lens has been tested on our Inspire 3 by Jim. It is not listed among DJI’s manufacturer-supported lenses.

Choose a single operator for suitable shots, or separate pilot and camera operators for coordinated movement and framing.
HDMI output is available from the DJI RC Plus controller. The DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor and SDI output are not included.
Power & positioning+
The package includes 12 Intelligent Flight Batteries and a rapid charging station for battery rotation.
RTK positioning supports planned camera paths. Actual flight time depends on conditions, flight profile and safe battery reserves.

Repeatable Routes
Return to the moment.
Repeat programmed flight and camera parameters for separate passes, including changing light. Give the edit a starting point for matching shots in post.
Each pass still needs a current site assessment, safe separation and appropriate permissions. RTK alone does not reproduce framing; timing, exposure and changing conditions remain part of the plan.

- Zenmuse X9-8K Air, 35mm full-frame CMOS. Maximum video resolution: 8192 × 4320. Still photographs: 8192 × 5456 in JPEG or DNG.
- Dynamic range & ISO
- At full-frame 30 fps and below: 14+ stops, with dual native EI 800/4000. Above 30 fps: 12+ stops, with dual native EI 320/1600.
- CinemaDNG
- Full-frame 8192 × 4320 (17:9), up to 25 fps.
- Apple ProRes RAW
- Full-frame 8192 × 4320 (17:9), up to 60 fps. Widescreen 8192 × 3424 (2.39:1), up to 75 fps in S&Q mode.
- 4K slow motion
- Full-frame ProRes RAW at 4096 × 2160 (17:9) or 3840 × 2160 (16:9), up to 120 fps in S&Q mode.
- Recording media & licenses
- DJI PROSSD 1TB recording media. CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes RAW require activation licenses; both are included in our Inspire 3 package. We agree the recording format and post-production workflow with your team before the shoot.
- Camera moves & crew
- RTK positioning and Waypoint Pro support Repeatable Routes and 3D Dolly. Dual-control operation separates flying from camera control; single-operator service is available for suitable shots. Timecode synchronization supports multicamera workflows.
- Live monitoring
- O3 Pro supports gimbal-camera live views up to 1080p/60 fps or 4K/30 fps, depending on settings and transmission conditions. DJI RC Plus provides HDMI output for production monitoring.
- Flight endurance
- DJI specifies approximately 28 minutes with landing gear lowered, or 26 minutes raised, under controlled test conditions at 36 km/h and sea-level-equivalent altitude, recording 4K/24 fps H.264 (S35) until battery depletion. Production flight time is shorter and varies with conditions, the flight profile and safe battery reserves.
S&Q means Slow & Quick mode. The 75 fps 8K option uses the wider 2.39:1 image; it is not 8192 × 4320 at 75 fps. Maximum specifications describe supported modes, not a guarantee for every setup or flight.

DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine
When your production doesn’t need the full Inspire 3 package, our Mavic 3 Pro Cine offers a lower-cost alternative with a three-camera system, Apple ProRes recording and extended flight endurance.
- Three distinct cameras
- 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad main camera (24mm equivalent), medium tele camera (70mm equivalent) and tele camera (166mm equivalent).
- Apple ProRes recording
- All three cameras support Apple ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes 422 and ProRes 422 LT, with a built-in 1TB SSD.
- Extended flight endurance
- DJI specifies up to 43 minutes on one battery under test conditions. Actual flight time varies with conditions, flight profile and safe battery reserves.
