An Inspire 3 live stream let a Las Vegas client’s corporate team watch the footage being captured, with approximately 10–11 seconds of viewing delay on the job.

A Las Vegas client asked us to stream the DJI Inspire 3’s camera footage to social media and YouTube. People back at the corporate office wanted to watch the aerial footage while the shoot was taking place.
The request added a second purpose to the camera feed: it needed to bring the production to colleagues who were off site. They could see the images being captured from their own screens while we worked on location.

We set up a live stream of the Inspire 3 footage for the client’s social-media and YouTube viewing. On this job, the footage reached viewers with approximately 10–11 seconds of delay.
That allowed the corporate team to follow the shoot close to the moment of capture. They could watch the camera view develop as the aircraft moved through the shots, giving them a direct view of the production from the office.
Reliable viewing around the Strip.
For this production, the stream proved reliable in and around the Las Vegas Strip. The client really liked the feature and the ability to keep colleagues connected to the footage being shot.
The benefit was straightforward: the people at the corporate office could see the work as it happened, even though they were not physically on location. A live aerial feed made that shared view possible.
Plan the audience as well as the shot.
If your team needs to watch an aerial shoot remotely, include that requirement in the production brief. The viewing platform, who needs access and how much delay is acceptable all help shape the streaming setup.
This job showed the value of bringing the live camera view to the people who needed to see it. For a distributed production or corporate team, that can be an important part of the service.
